Services
ECDO is dedicated to helping the growing children in our communities. We have two full days, year-round Head Start preschool programs for children ages 2.9 yrs - 5 yrs old. Our facilities, the ECDO Child Start and Adam Clayton Powell Early Learn, are both located in Harlem, New York. Our preschools also house 3K and 4k programs.

Extended Day Program
ECDO Child Start offers a limited extended day program that ends at 6 pm.
Large Facilities
Our facilities have spacious classrooms, perfect to accommodate all your child's needs.
Multilingual Staff
Our multilingual staff can speak French, Mandingo, English, and Spanish.
